How long does the O & L Seat saver sockets last?
We have been field testing our original set for over 12 years and have only minor cosmetic scratches on them. With normal use, they'll likely never need to be replaced. The professional grade Seat Saver Sockets is built tough to withstand daily professional use.
Are your tools guaranteed?
Yes, all of our tool are guaranteed for life. That's the entire lifetime of the tool. If it ever fails, we will replace it.
What is your replacement policy?
If your tool ever fails, just mail it back to us with your name and address. A replacement will be sent to you promptly.
What backflows do your tools work on?
They work on Wilkins and Apollo Conbraco Valves RP & DC 3/8" to 2" backflow valves.
How long does shipping take?
All tools are shipped USPS Priority mail and take 3 to 4 business days to arrive. An email with your tracking number will be sent when your purchase leaves O & L Tools.
Can I buy these tools anywhere else?
Yes, we have partnered with America Backflow and Test Gauge, Inc., to have them distribute our products. You can find all of our tools with them.
