That is why our team at O and L Tools has created the Seat Saver, which is more of a socket than a wrench. Unlike the Wilkins Seat Wrench, our Seat Saver Sockets make it easier for you to access those hard-to-reach valve seats and will also help you to avoid stripping out the threads.  

The O and L Seat Saver Sockets will slide into the valve seat with ease, making it a cinch to remove and replace the valve without any unnecessary destruction to your equipment, saving you both time and money! Since there are different sizes of valve seats we have taken the liberty of creating a set of Seat Saver Sockets containing various socket sizes.  All of our sockets are double sided and fits perfectly with each of the different valve seats on both the Wilkins and Apollo Conbraco RP and DC valves, thus making the O and L Seat Saver Sockets the ultimate time saving tool for plumbers everywhere!
